As a long time partner looking to transition to 3DS2 we were naturally very happy when GPayments announced ActiveServer. From a technical standpoint the integration has been a breeze, the documentation is excellent as it covers both the high-level authentication flows between the domains as well as the lower-level API integration in great detail. The application interface feels modern and approachable and has been very well received by our internal customer service team.
We would also like to highlight the supporting team at GPayments who has been a fantastic support whenever questions have arisen, not only on a technical level but also on a domain level where their advice has been invaluable.
The implementation process was very well managed and smooth. Account Management, Product Management and Technical teams supported PayFacto’s teams each step of the way from the initial discussion to completion of the project.

In the development of the 3DS2 service, the documentation available to developers was substantial, and the development work proceeded smoothly. In dealing with card schemes, acquirers and issuers, we were able to receive accurate technical support and advice.
Even after going live, we were able to transition to stable operation quickly because we received prompt support such as error analysis and provision of error analysis guidelines.
